Outfit of the day yesterday ^.^

Black vs White 😌

New dress 😈

Amanda gave me this dress last night, what do you think? 🐆

I had oysters with caviar and gold leaf last night. It was delicious 🤤 I love celebrating friends over delicious food. What’s your favourite meal?

The water in Miami is magic! So warm, crystal blue and clear. One of my favourite ways to align my energy and connect with nature. I’m planning on learning how to spear fish soon too!

Can’t take me anywhere 🤷🏼‍♀️ Twerking - gets sacral energy flowing, improves blood flow to organs, strengthens muscles, and increases flexibility. If you see this you must do 1 twerk attempt to have good luck for the rest of your life. let me know how you feel after 😂

Kitty butt 😅

Trying new colours in my wardrobe 🥰 what do you think

After all the changes I made in my life I dropped 15 lbs and my booty was the first thing to go. I still love it but I’m ready to get into more gains (super inspired by Syanne 🥰) Here’s the current status so we can check back and hopefully see some progress 😈 If you have any tips or videos I should watch send them my way! I bought some resistance bands and I’m going to increase my protein intake 💪🏻

Working on some content for you :) Super excited!!

Got a workout in and feeling strong and vibrant! Thank you for this life! ✨

Beach the other day was SUBLIME! Miami feels like a total paradise. Getting in the water had my body making happy sighs 😁 if you have a lake, river or ocean near you I highly encourage you going for a dip!
