Since my shower yesterday, I have to wear a sports bra & my ace bandage. I’ve been taking the bandage on and off because it’s the only thing that gives me pain. I love them! Once the implants fall into their pocket, they’re going to be perfect. I go in tomorrow for post op check up & they will also teach me the massages there. Massaging helps avoid capsular contracture (most common negative side effect of breast implants) & it helps to get the implants into their pockets

Update: I’m in a little bit of pain but nothing too serious. It hurts less if I sit up. Today I’m supposed to rest and do nothing else & tomorrow I’m expected to move around to avoid clots. I’m not allowed to shower until Wednesday & that will be the first time I see them!! My biggest concern with Brest augmentation was where my nipple might wind up, but I can feel them through the bandage & I think they’re gonna be perfect 🥰
