HiAs many of you will be aware my video output is down on it's normal number and some big name releases are missing altogether, it's unfortunate but can't be helped at the moment. Arm update (not good)

First of all thanks to all the people supporting me on patreon, it really has helped.According to my diagnosis my arm should be way better than it is, the pain should be less and the movement should be a lot more.
