Mongirl Shantae - Harpy Scene WIP

Getting the loops done first of the harpy form. They're only 20 frames, 24fps.The plan: Next time, get the models colored out and touched up (I can draw over the existing bits and just use their motion exactly) When the loops are done, save em to the library Extend the loops for the final version of the scene, adding in variation (e.g., speed variance, expressions, and bonus scenes such as where the hypnotic effect wears off and Shantae gets ...

Mimi - Lie (paint vs cel)

decided to try doing digital painting again, and comparing it to my 'cel' style. The cel version took less than half the time.

October Updates + a pic WIP

WIP of a Mimi drawing.I kinda get hyperfixated on characters when I design them I think.if I'd stop passing out right in the afternoon i'd actually be able to stream / get more done.My sleep schedule's mostly fixed but now I'm just not getting enough.ANYWAY: September was a bit slow of a month, as mentioned due to the trip and stuff. Things will be slowly getting back in gear.If you're in one of the grandfathered request tiers...

No PV02 update this week

I’m still dead tired from my Florida trip and insomnia, and with 2 weeks of no drawing my skills are in the shitter at the moment, so I need extra time to get my abilities back on track.so have a tiny Pivot that is an embodiment of how I feel.Updates will be fully back on track starting next week.

Mongirl Shantae poll results

ALRIGHTYDue to the poll results, I think I'm gonna attempt to do two versions of the Shantae animation. That means it'll be a lot of work, but at least use shared assets. There'll be a total of 8 sex scenes (2 per form, 4 forms), and 5 in-between cutscenes. (intro, and then one for each form). The first version will be vanilla yuri, the second will give Rotty a bit of extra hardware. This is gonna be a big project so it'll be a while...

Wiggle (WIP)

another YCH, since the fighting game poses kinda fell through and after the trip I don't feel like reworking them to make them viable.I've been looking at too much of Minus8's stuff.

[WIP] Mongirl Shantae

ALRIGHTY this is what I got done today.Based on the lunchbox poll, futa seems to be a tie between neutral and wanted. If people want me to I can maybe make a cut version that doesn't have the futa bits in it, but otherwise for the rough boards it's in there. This is considerably more complex than the prior Curly animation and contains a little bit of hypno among a few other sprinkles of kinkles.Might be done before November? Honestly no id...

Shantae Animation - To futa or not to futa?

The next animation is shaping up as follows:Shantae Monster Girl Madness, featuring Rotty Tops.Rotty gets ahold of Shantae's lamp and uses it to transform her into various monster girls, periodically accidentally mind controlling her to prompt Shantae to get kinky with her.One of the other poll options from before involved futa and got fairly popular, so I'ma toss it in here.If opted for, it'll only be one or two of the shots near the...

mimi

just a Mimi doodleI might be working on yet another YCH to pair with the bunsuit one (and not finishing the fighting pose ones instead of just remaking them)either way from the 12th to the 24th I'll be in Florida so, aside from maybe tomorrow if I'm up to working on something, there won't be any posts (apart from the previously scheduled comic releases) until I get back.

[LUNCHBOX] Shantae Transformation Animation

This is a lunchbox specific poll! So, I've been rolling over a few ideas, and I wanna know what you guys think.I originally had the idea of using Bolo for the partner / lamp thief, and making Shantae go from reluctant-to-into it-to-dominating.One other idea I had though would be for the thief to be Risky Boots instead. Maybe she uses some of Shantae's magic to give herself a package. The theme would be more mind control reliant, most likel...

Mimi doodles

(poll) THE NEXT 18+ ANIMATION

There's two ideas that are most popular. The current pitches for both:Shantae the shapeshifter - Shantae's lamp is stolen (probably by Bolo) and he uses its powers to mind control her in short bursts, and to force her to transform. He promises to return the lamp in exchange for sex, and through the suggestive power of the lamp Shantae agrees. The two bang, with Shantae actually getting more into it by the end without any influence from the...

Slight Tier Adjustment - the $1 tier

So, for a while I tried out using the $1 tier in place of the $2 tier, and eventually I reverted the change. There's been a few people still in the $1 tier, and they've still gotten the same perks for a while--however, there is going to be a bit of a change. The $1 tier is back, however now is more 'safe--' you get the same perks as the $2 tier, but from this point on it excludes NSFW posts. It's for if people wanna support JUS...

Shantae beatboards

Beatboards are basically minimalist storyboards, which are minimalist animation frames.there are 14 boards in total. You can download them to view them from the zip, or just watch the gif version to get an idea of roughly how things would play out. It'd be very loose hypnosis, unless people wanted me to amp it up. As is it affects her initially and only when the lamp is held up, and she winds up getting back control by the end.Voice your thoug...

Mimi ref

So, in my announcement post I mentioned an idea of basically succubus yuri. This is the character design I've had in mind that would be used as the protagonist of that animation.I'll be uploading another post that's instead a bunch of beatboards of the Shantae idea if you wanna compare. Voice in the comments of any of the 3 posts (this one, the shantae one, or the announcement post) which one you're more interested in seeing made!L...

September Overview

WELCOME TO SEPTEMBERStuff in the works: Your character here animation templates (4 of them) Still going over ideas for the next animation. At this point it's a toss up between a remaster of an Undertale animation I made (in time for the PS4 release), or a new NSFW one I've been jotting down ideas for the NSFW one as well. So far, some ideas I've hadA) a half-succubus girl (who looks human) is about to get frisky with her partner. As t...

PV02 - 044

Will be live tomorrow!

big YCH dump (SFW)

So, these are the tentative upcoming YCHs.They're a bit cumbersome to mod, but I MAAAAY have most of the bugs worked out. I'm at an impasse, debating whether or not to ship em as is, or if I should just redo all 3 of the models using the principles I used with the bunsuit strut.
