Patreon Gaming VOD #1 - The Tempest (PMD: Explorers of Sky Randomizer)
Hey there, and welcome to my first Patreon gaming VOD! As with most first go arounds with anything, this one was a little bit rough. Along the way, we ran into downloading a new randomizer program last minute, ate chicken sandwiches, forgot to use the correct mic, had weird output hiccups, and tragically, got walled by an impenetrable crash. But we also made friends and treasure memories along the way.Randomized using the SkyTemple randomizer v.1...
Backstage Pass #39
On this edition of Backstage Pass, I’ll be talking about…Chapter 3's script! There's also some snippets of scripting from Chapter 2 since I started scripting sometime at the end of the chapter. So unlike Chapter 2, Chapter 3 was the first chapter of OBT where I wrote out a full script. You can find it off-site on Google Docs here or via the attachment on this post! Unlike the outlines I don't have nearly as much commentary for how ...

Egg moves are a direct result of the parentage aura exchange process. It’s not uncommon for the resulting child of the parents to have inherited a move that was used in the aura exchange, even if their species can’t normally perform it.
Trivia Tuesday 074
Yohann's yurt is made of one of the more expensive canvases in town, and the textile is completely spun by him.
On Borrowed Time: Chapter 5, Page 12
okay only semi-related to this page, but I've been listening to a dnd realplay podcast and while I was drawing this page, the players decided to try meeting up with an NPC behind a waterfall (yanno, for cool waterfall aesthetic), but then decided it would be funnier if there was barely any room for anyone behind the waterfall so they're just getting pelted by the water. anyway that's what's been living in my head rent freeUpdate: ...

September 2021 Backgrounds
September's backgrounds are from Malachite Falls! Which comes from the most recent Chapter 5 pages that I'll hopefully be posting soon. I've been sitting on them for a while, but I wanted to finish the Chapter 5 cover before posting and for some reason I haven't gotten around to it yet.
August 2021 Backgrounds
Did something a little different with the August backgrounds, and included some alt versions for desktop for those who prefer a different style of day!

February 2021 Backgrounds

Gaming Livestream 9/24 Today!
Hey all! Today's gaming livestream will be beginning shortly, use the link below to get in or use the stream key for this month, SPICE21! I'll be playing randomized Explorers of Sky today as per poll results. The actual gameplay will be just a liiittle bit delayed since I found a new randomizer setup (courtesy of SkyTemple), and it has some more options that I think will be fun to use! So the first portion of the stream will just me me fi...
Backstage Pass #38
On this edition of Backstage Pass, I’ll be talking about…Postcard production hiccups! Because this is my first time printing art myself, so it was bound to happen. Now armed with my own home printer, I’ve been looking forward to producing postcards much quicker and much cheaper than using a printing service. But producing over 100 prints in one sitting was maybe a bit overwhelming, so at some point I decided to just queue up all the jobs at ...
WIP Wednesday #9
Sometimes I struggle with visualizing action scenes when writing the script, so I take it step by step in thumbnails on post-it notes! Featuring our toaster oven because that's just where I landed while working on this.
Trivia Tuesday 073
Though stylized to look like they're floating, Dielle's whiskers are actually similar to fiberoptics, where only the very tip glows! If they were trimmed down for any reason, the newly minted end would glow instead.
