Some Slight Complications
Hey guys! So for the past week or so, I've been caught up in family emergencies and haven't really had the time to sit down and be able to work on content. In the hustle of everything, I managed to lose track of the promised postcards for October patrons that were ready to be mailed last week. Rather than wait around for them to maybe appear, I'm going to be ordering more and shipping them out as soon as I can, along with a bonus gift...

Clairvoyancy, wisdom, and watchful caution are the things that begonias stand for. Like Absol, they warn of potential danger, but do not directly cause it.
Inktober Day 4: Pansy
Despite common sayings indicating otherwise, pansies represent courage and facing the unknown despite hardship. If a pansy crosses your path, it's silently cheering you on. A little late on some Inktobers because of midterms, I'll be catching up over the next day or two though!

October 2018 Postcard
It seems Rune and Malachi are all ready to go for a time of spooks and treats!Postcards for October $10+ patrons have been ordered! They'll hopefully arrive and be ready for shipment around the middle of the month, I also ordered a few extra just in case some people decide they want to switch tiers, first come first serve on those.
Inktober Day 3: Hydrangea
Unless paired with other flowers, it's hard to determine the true meaning behind hydrangeas. On their own, they can mean anything from vanity, to beauty, to narcissism, to gratefulness, to honesty, to romantic frigidity. Context is vital for their complex petals.

Inktober Day 2: Bluebells
Bluebells, despite their beautiful appearance, are poisonous. They also represent everlasting love and constancy. Perhaps it's toxic to hold on to those feelings for too long.
Thumbnail Wall
Just a little behind-the-scenes thing, part of my creative process is thumbnailing OBT pages on a sticky note, and then putting that note on the wall! This gives me a nice visual reference to how many pages I've planned ahead while also giving my eyes a break from the screen. I can also take the thumbnails on-the-go, something I can't do with my laptop as easily! I'll be posting individual thumbnails in the future.

Slight change of plans with this page, I split it up into two to fix some pacing issues. While this is good for the overall health of the comic, it delays a public release just a bit :,)On the bright side, once I get the next page completed a buffer total of 6 pages will be available to patrons while we wait for a public release! Cut and a Bathe
Just a little warmup art featuring where Rune's hair went (Malachi used his razor to cut the long parts and shave her neck fluff), as well as her pink coloration (her fur was stained with blood from earlier). The whole ordeal was a bit of a to-do, Rune has a lot of fur to work with.

Whether or not all these characters are confirmed to exist/be alive at this point in the story is debatable depending on how the script ends up.
