Here is decree number 103, almost correct! haha - I'm not sure about everything after "Students Suspected..." But thank you Kari S for helping figure this out - you are amazing!I thought I'd share this one with you all. Just print and trim off the disclaimer border!The remaining 135 decrees are finally finished, completing the full set! Those, along with a tutorial on how to make the frame, will be coming soon!

Help With Educational Decree 103!
I am so close to finishing all 136 educational decrees! I only have a handful left to do - including THE DREADED number 103! Lol. This is basically the only official one we don't know what it says, exactly. I am fully prepared to just make up something similar, but thought you all might have some insight. As far as we know, it is ONLY displayed in the WB studio tour in Japan. I've circled it in the image, and also provided some zoom...

Update on upcoming project
I wanted to let you all know that I'm in the middle of an unexpected move, so my Proclamations DIY is on hold while I pack and clean the house. I'm trying to get it finished this month, but just wanted everyone to know, if you were waiting for it! In the meantime, what would you like to see after the Proclamations release?
