Lova Ranzana

Carl had a curious relationship with his body.At times, especially when younger, he felt ashamed of being chubby. It was a bully's favourite to remark him on his weight, and even after the fat began to conceal increasingly stronger muscles as he grew those thoughts didn't erode away.Even his friends occasionally pocked at him. Still, it was in jest, and he didn't take that seriously. And, as he grew, he realised fat had its benefits.Ch...

Carltober 22: Cyberpunk/Carl and Flynn

Resoom had joined forces with Abstergo, Eden and Phyrexia for good measure. They now run a biomechanical hell where all would be compleated. But Carl and Flynn got tired of their bullshit. Carl put on guns in his socknets like Selene from Underworld and they started shooting at the glistening oil monstrosities that used to be Amicus and the characters from Blossom City.Flynn got half compleated so he now had a machine gun tail, firing guns everywh...

Carltober: Dawn Hound outfit

"Does this make me look fat?" Carl said, strutting into the room."Obviously" Flynn answerred bluntly. He slapped his squamate tail on the couch, not out of happiness like a dog but simply to motion the ram to come over. Carl happily obliged, snuggling in against his boyfriend."What are you even dressed up as?" Flynn said, licking the ram's cheek, "I can't keep up with your super hero shit.""Dawn Hound.&#...

Emotional Cuddling 3

Turns out Leo did arrive, and Chase and him got awkward but a few pointers from TJ and Sydney allowed them to remain good friends.Jeremy and Clint also came in, trying their earnest to reform from the drugs. TJ's love and Sydney's tough love allowed them to start the process of healing while retaining their charming assholeness."So, if you're doing a podcast count me in" Jeremy said, "I'm kind of in a weird place about...

Reviewing the Defilers

Say cheese!
So, Dominaria United came and went. So much for being Magic’s anniversary. But Still, I quite enjoyed its phyrexians. Its a wonderful mixure between old and new designs, which make them the highlight of the block.
Destroy Evil, which features a cool bird man. Note the abundance of copper, rare in New Phyrexians but common in old. I’m assuming this is mono-Blue given how Gitaxian it looks.
Here we get...

Emotional Cuddling 2

Having traded his gothic pajamas for a metal shirt did little o stop the other from teasing Syndey."'Sydney, you look like an edgelord!'" he mocked, "'Sydney, you look like a try hard!'""You look wonderful always "TJ sad, kissing him in the cheek. Both were in the couch, Carl and Flynn watching Chase dance and werk"Yeh, work that beauty." Carl cheered."Just tell me if Leo's around, okay" ...

Return to Ulgrotha 5: Void

Ngalyod stared at the sea, perched atop the pier. I was really more like a window safeguard, as it didn't exent far into the inky black water. The Minotaur moved their hand upon the water, blue light revealing secrets a lesser mind would strain looking at.Yes, all the other nations expanded, a free for all for the angels and their sycophants, for the remaining Sengir and her pets, for the isolated clans of the Koskun and even for the oh so wi...

Emotional Cuddling part 1

Chase laid in the couch, stretching. He always thought it funny how his muscles sprung up after sleep paralysis, and now tha he was starting to feel sleepy again they still felt powerful, even though they were proportionally pretty weak."Are you okay?" TJ asked, out of the stairs into the living room."Yeah, I'm okay Teej" Chase said affectionately, "Just resting for a bit.""Okay, but if you need anything say it, ok...

Multituberculate Reproduction: where assumptions rest

Mesodma and her brood by Andrey Atuchin.
Previously, it was assumed that placental mammals were the only mammals capable of gestating long term pregnancies. While there is the adage that “monotremes lay eggs, marsupials have pouches and placentals get pregnant”, in practise the former two have the same means of reproduction: producing tiny fetus like young (with en egg lasting a few days in the former). It was thus no wonder t...
