They are casting a female character called Caitlin Bates. No such character exist in DC comics so my guess is, could be a codename or gender swaping the character Hannibal Bates aka Everyman or it's actually Caitlin Snow aka Killer Frost.

I can confirm Stranger Things 5 will debut in October (Vol 1) and then November (Vol 2).People working on season 5 told they think it's the best season of the show. It has the biggest budget and every episode has the scale of a movie. I was told the main leads for this season are Eleven, Will and Mike.
