I’ve heard that Armor Wars is on hold, not canceled. They’re reworking it after the backlash from Secret Invasion, and at this point, it’s looking like it’ll only happen post-Secret Wars. It’s also expected to focus on entirely different things than originally planned.

I heard the reason Patrick Dempsey isn’t in Scream 7 is because he asked for way too much money. They refused to meet his demands and offered him a different deal with less. He was close to signing but decided to insist on more, so no deal was made. Since Sid still had a husband named Mark in the script, but they didn’t want to recast, they just changed his last name.
