looking at the folio now i could see that the reason most things looked kinda flat is because everything was "warm" i needed a lot more cool colors to push the background "back"

i started a traditional painting class to help me get better with color. one of the teachers had an interesting take on my color blindness.she said to view it more of a "gift" than a "hindrance" so long as i get my values correct si i will try just that

found this, near finished work from a long time ago. dressed it up a bit to finish it. made me think my old techniques were pretty ok. so my resolution is to bring back all the 3d paintovers i use to do and better combine it with what i have been striving for.so more 3d models
