Question about PC VR

Hello all. I want to know if there's any hype/demand for PC VR among you fine gentlemen. To be clear, I am talking about a VR headset plugged to a Windows PC. I am not interested in becoming a Meta developer or any other closed platforms where I need to try super hard to get in and comply with all their rules or whatever. Developing for Windows PC means I don't have to ask permission from anybody.
