I discovered something weird. Before the one week chugging heavy cream challange my waist was 95 cm now its 104 cm π΅ And my belly was 115 cm and now its 120 cm! Is this possible that iβve really gained that much? I donβt have a scaleβ¦ I really canβt belive that. Maybe its because that im bloated after mcdonalds?
