Since I started this page, I have put so much energy into truly loving my body. You have likely watched my body go on a total transformation.
I give myself pleasure, I care about my nutrition, I am mindful of hydration, I stretch, I workout, I dance, and I breathe!
I am in a 6 week dance fitness challenge called Good Girls Gone Baddd. Itβs a health based challenge to incorporate mind, body, and spirit.
