*February highlights*
~ I started going to the gym regularly which is tremendously helping with my overall mental health
~ I stopped ordering food (except sushi of course) and started cooking a lot more healthy meals which has been so fun
~ I started the vegehome again and now have lots of fresh little herbs and salads in my kitchen
~ I prioritized myself, my family and my friends over work which has made me feel better overall
~ I made my sleep schedule a priority and it has slowly but surely been improving
*For March my goals are*
~ Getting back into content creation and finding my passion again
~ Slowly dipping my toes back into social media even though just thinking about it has brought me a lot of anxiety
~ Challenging my harmful thoughts about social medias and creating a positive mindset
~ Continuing going to the gym regularly and trying new recipes at home
~ Challenging myself to try one new thing, whatever it might be!
