Hey guys; little life update for you.
In July I ended up in ER for internal issues.
I’m fine no worries, everything healed nicely.
Last week I was referred to a chiropractor and physical therapist due to the fact that when seated my lower body went numb.
- slight complication from July; my hip and pelvis are sliding out of socket.
Anyways, Because I have a nerve disorder in my lower body already, this was something I needed to take care of.
I wasn’t in pain before therapy but now I’m in a lot of pain and this sucks.
My body is re-learning what is suppose to go where and its defiantly gonna take some time.
I will still be releasing new content next week.
But as of now I am back on bed rest till my body settles back into its self.
