Here's a little behind the scenes look at how I made the censored version of this pic. I freehanded the whole thing with a pixilation brush, and to make the fluid there more visible I used a rainbow brush to distinguish it from the rest of the pixilation. It was really hard, and took me like an hour to get just right.
