The second plus is willpower and resilience, both physical and mental! The third plus is the ability to work, I can stay awake much more than before, do many more tasks at the same time and manage everything! The fourth plus is that my mind is much clearer and calmer, sport gives mental and moral peace, which helps to cope with stress and bad thoughts 😏 And this is not all the pluses that there are, it is obvious that they can be found 100 more, I just want to encourage everyone to become a little stronger and healthier! 🏋️♂️
