Just some thoughts I was reflecting on and that’s choosing carefully where your energy and time goes & how you respond to things. It’s INSANITY how much time we spend worrying about others and especially worrying about others that are not even on the same maturity level or growth spectrum. Just remember : Where energy goes energy flows 💫
No matter what’s going on YOU always have the power because YOU can choose what you think and what you do next. You may not be able to control the way that someone treated you, or the way some one blatantly disrespected you and/or talked to you or the way someone acts but you can choose how you respond to these things & that’s where your power lies. Sometimes no response is the best response. Raise your game, practice emotional resilience & surround yourself with greatness. #postivevibes 💫
