So all of us have some form of quarantine or another. Some of us are literally cooped up inside with no where to go. I for one have been taking this whole thing pretty hard as far as fitness goes. But I think we are starting to turn that around with some online videos and silly furry mascots helping us stay fit. So here's one of our first engagements with at home fitness. Just a mish-mash of different things I had heard about over the years and I try to put it together in a little video of at-home health and wellness. Ending with the best cardio of all. Some hard fucking!
People say it works out every single muscle in your body. I don't know how true that might be. But it's fun doin it...
