This is how I warm up and down from a workout 🏋️♀️ 🕉
No need to follow a specific routine, do whatever feels right! But never overstrain your muscles because it can be frustrating but just know it takes months to start seeing a difference in your flexibility.
I let quarantine get the best of me the first two months and now I feel like I’m starting from the very begging.. so follow along with me and we’ll get through it 😅
