THERAPEUTIC JOURNEY
As the year draws to a close and some are ending their therapy journey as others embark on a brave positive road to change I feel it would help to better understand the purpose and mission that therapy has and is.
To begin your journey we will endeavour to identify the areas of your life, career,
Relationships or sexuality that you are at a sticking point with. You may already know the area/s you wish to work on, or you may need some help.
Once we have established this we can begin to set out a plan of action using therapeutic framework.
Using techniques from three principles life coaching, reframing, cognitive behavioural therapy, relationship psychology and other therapeutic methods, i will guide you and assist in holding in yourself accountable for the changes you’ve committed to make.
Make 2024 a year of prosperity, abundance, peace and power.
