One of you lovely subscribers told me my content shouldn’t be free because my body is immaculate ✨ well, not those words but still.
This video is one of the only ones I’ve ever actually watched after filming it. And i can confidently say this is the most pure, raw yoga flow I’ve ever done.
Music plays a HUGE role in my practice…i feel the music deep inside my heart and soul and allow my body to just freely move itself. I let the music take control. And i heard this song on my hike the other day and knew i needed to flow to it. So, this is the first time i allowed my body and my heart take control to this song…and i wanted to share with you all.
I wasn’t wrong. This is my art. My body can do things most people cannot do and i find so much beauty in this practice. Sure, i sexualize it. But…this is when i truly see myself as beautiful, sexy, strong, confident, and vulnerable.
