Unfortunately, the new starving foster dog that I rescued, accidentally killed one of my Guineas...
So I immediately plucked her and brined her over night..
Slow smoked, then made a cream sauce from my fresh garden ingredients ๐ค
(Waste not, won't not ๐ช)
Saved the feathers for making fishing lures and arrows ๐น
It was delicious, my first time having Guinea fowl ๐
