PS… A little fact about me - I love love ❤️ CARDIO or any movement that gets the heart rate up and I drip sweat. My go to sports growing up were volley ball & track & field - best part of long distance running was NEVER the continuous jog around the track or the competition for me it was running around town enjoying the sun & environment 🏃♀️
