Alright, this is sort of embarrassing for me to post, but I’m doing it to hold myself accountable. I need to start working out and getting my body back to a version of it that I can like, the biggest problem is motivation. I’m so out of shape it’s not even funny, and this video was done super quick at work to get the feel of it 😜 I’m going to (hopefully) keep posting these videos to force myself to stay on track and maybe encourage myself to post other content too.
