Found some old footage of me at the beach from 2017...
I hadn't realized just how big i had made myself till i saw just how skinny i was
Back then i always watched what i ate, had a rigorous workout routine and was fitting in sizes S/M
Four years later, after just two years of letting go and eating whatever i want, i can finally see exactly what a short amount of overindulging has done to my body 😳
