Until you have sat in stillness -------you have yet to make your own acquaintance :-)
Breathe in love
Breathe out love
Notice.
There are countless forces driving our every move + they all live in our mind.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Notice.
Once you move past the incessant chatter (+ you will with commitment) space is made for the subconscious to arise. And thatβs where the good stuff lives π
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Notice.
This is how you develop awareness. This is how you become cognizant of narratives that influence your choices. This is how you break patterns.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Notice.
This is how to understand who you have been + who you truly are.
This is the power of stillness.
