I overextended myself this week both physically (at the gym!) and mentally (not making enough time for me!). As a result, I took a mental health day yesterday and will be extending that into the weekend. I'll be sure to capture some highlights in video, but I won't be hovering around my messages as closely! For those of you who have requested custom content, I'm working my way through it, slowly and steadily. I'll post more on this subject in an upcoming video.😈
