Ballet lesson of the day! Drop swings ๐
I do these in between lessons at the barre at the beginning, middle, and end of my entire ballet barre to help open my hips and really get that ooey gooey movement I love to feel when performing lots of leg techniques. These swings can be done in an attitude position or on a straight leg. I like to do 8 of each ๐
