🕑 Added 2020-10-09 16:08:18 +0000 UTC A physique update.. so this is me. I finished playing college volleyball December 2019, and basically haven’t worked out since. First I used the excuse of I’m focusing on finishing school over the spring semester and summer semester. Then I went home to visit family and who wants to workout on vacation😂. Then I was raising foster kittens. Then it was Christmas vacation. After I returned back to Hawaii post Christmas break (a full year since I had last worked out last) I got a few workouts in and THEN covid hit, and once covid hit I took it as a sign that I didn’t need to workout quite yet and it got pushed to the back of my plate, since Hawaii is on stricter lock down procedures (the gyms were closed). Now that I’ve moved to Florida I’m going to be getting back into working out and I’m so excited. I can’t wait to put some muscle mass back on. I haven’t felt this small since freshman year. *Please no negative comments on my weight*
