I decided to record my first ever cake shake! Since then I've bought a stick blender so next time is going to be so much better hehe! There was about 2000cals in this one! I'd like to be able to do double next week :P
I'm fairly lactose free so this uses soy milk and ice cream - which was actually really good!! I used to drink cans of condensed milk for a similar heavy feeling in my stomach - but that obviously didn't make me feel great haha.
Anyhows! Hoping to build up fan base here soon! I'd like to make an interactive space where I can talk to you guys!
