While I'm still on the hunt for a wider extender with a bigger opening, the tool has been quite useful when combing it with jelqing. In a sense, jelqing is a manual version of the extender. But, I like jelqing a bit more because you have control over the amount of relaxation and tension that is applied to your penis when performing the routine. However, I do feel a solid stretch when using it, especially when I've combined it with the Bathmate.
