The mindset that I slowly developed of, "well I don't need to track as much, and I can up my carbs a bit." Is exactly what I preach against to my audience and I would be a hypocrite to keep that hidden. I stopped what was WORKING because I thought I knew better and all I did was set myself back. But that doesn't mean I've failed, instead I have to get back up and do what I know works and stick to it. For a while I was stagnant, then my weight went up and down and then when I weighed myself this morning... Boy was it a wake up call! And so with that being said I'm back to monitoring my macros, and waking up at 6 am to get things moving. It's easy to stumble and lay down, but the only person you're hurting is yourself. Let's get to it! My #weightloss goal is 220-250lbs by 2024 and it WILL HAPPEN! (Plus I want to see how much of this dick is being hidden when the fat is gone š)
