I took a little bit too much Yohimbe this morning ๐ณ
Typically whenever I take Yohimbe, I only do have a capsule. But this morning, I wasn't paying attention, and I dumped a full one in there. I will make a video on this when I post more to YouTube, but Yohimbe quality can vary depending on how it was processed. And even with the brand I've been using for a few years, I've noticed it can sometimes be weaker or stronger.
Also, I have somewhat of a long video to edit that I hope to have posted in a few hours. In the new video, I use my three new pumps with the bathmate. And let me tell you, once I develop a solid routine, I will be over that 6" girth mark sooner than expected!
