Kingz! I can not stress enough how important Kegels are for men, whether you're doing PE or not. They are beneficial in helping with ejaculation control and our prostates. I especially like doing erect kegels with some edging because it's a key factor when it comes to erection strength. As you progress with PE and start to grow, whether it's length, girth, or both.
Kegels will aid in keeping the bloood pressure in your dick high and from my experience it will help with keeping your erection hard. One thing I've never found appealing about porn is that some of these guys will make my dick look like a pinky finger. But, when it comes to their erection quality they're limp. Now, in all fairness that can be to other factors as well such as; drinking, drug use, tiredness, or even not being in the mood.
Erections are a mental game as well. When I was in pain over the month, and when I was downing muscle relaxers and pain killers. Trying to masturbate was difficult and in fact, my anxiety over the situation arose, which then made the issue much worse.
In This Routine:
1. Laying down flat and fighting gravity is a great kegel method to try.
2. At a minimum you should do five minutes of kegels or at least 100 a day, non-erect.
3. And when you have the chance do 100 kegels erect.
