It truly means a lot, but let's get back on track. I would start the day with the Bathmate, but my gym shower was ice cold the whole time, so that was out of the question. So I will do my PE session once I'm off of work tonight. But, I wanted to tell you more about my second picture. That is my "homemade" energy drink. The bottom layer consists of L-Citrulline, L-Arginine, and 400mg of Caffeine. In the middle is a little bit of drink mix for flavoring and on top of that is Steviea. This concoction is so that I can spend less on Bang and cut out the excess chemicals in those drinks. And also, it's a PE aid due to the effects of both of the amino acids that help with nitric oxide production.
