Utilizing the three pumps:
First off I wanted to start this video off by apologizing for the use of music. I was unaware that my ear buds were connected to my phone which means that it wasn't recording when I was talking. And redoing another video isn't really an option because that would result in me overpumping and we don't want that.
So I decided to turn this video into a short snippet video which shows my small routine I did. And the great pump I had afterwards!
