5X Program Video Two:
In today's video, I will be starting things off lite. The plan is to slowly get into more advanced routines and techniques as I get further along in my journey. One of those advancements will be using an extender, but I plan on that further down the road.
The Bathmate will be a critical tool to this journey because it helps me eliminate the need to do a hot rag warm-up. While the hot rag method is useable, the Bathmate is superior to that method in two ways.
