Getting Back Into The Swing of Things (9-21-21):
In this video, I go over a simple introductionary routine that will allow you to warm back up into doing PE if you've faulted on your consistency. What I will be doing though, is creating another easy-to-follow routine guide and including this. The more content I make and the more feedback I get from you all, it allows me to know what to add to the 5X book.
