You Are What You Eat:
What goes in your mouth will affect how your body functions. It's no different than putting dirty gas in your car versus the proper fuel. While my weight became stagnant when I was on Keto, I felt fucking amazing. But, for whatever reason, I dropped off of Keto, and I admit that I ate shitty foods. And the result has been more lethargic feelings and even a drop in erection quality. There are so many factors thay contribute to PE growth, and food is definitely one of them. As a fat person that's working on getting skinny, I don't know why I stopped what was working. But now, I genuinely regret it. To be honest, those two videos I've been talking about posting are utter shit, and they need to be redone. But I can only blame myself for that. But Monday, things will be back on track I also will be fasting until Sunday to get my body and mind ready.
