Maca Root 8g 3. Ginseng with Royal Jelly 500mg 4. Fenugreek Seed 610mg Yohimbe: Is used for the treatment of ED by increasing flow and it's also a common herb used in fat burners. Maca Root: This is also an ED treatment, libido, and energy booster. Ginseng: Once again ED treatment but it also has immune system support. Fenugreek: Is used for weight management and natural testosterone support. You'll notice there's a common theme to what I take. Plus I realize I've been a bit addicted to Bang Energy drinks lately, they give you a quick boost but I feel more lethargic afterward and it's a vicious cycle. In reality, this and caffeine are all you need without the added sugars and chemicals for energy support. The reason I use Stevia is that the maca root does have an earthy taste and may be hard to get used to for some people. You don't have to remove the powders from the capsules as I did. But I wanted them to get into my system as fast as possible.
