Two minute rest with a hot rag. 3. 25 Jelqs (two minute rest) 25 uli hold jelqs. 4. 5 Min Pump with the Bathmate. Note: I used the Bathmate Hydromax 9 in this routine, but that is not needed as long as you keep your pump warm. This post has zero affiliation with the Bathmate's products or company. In fact I need to buy a different one because this one doesn't work that well for me. Sometimes if I want to really push the limits of my wife I will do this routine before sex, with either an air pump or the Bathmate. That way I get a quick girth increase when I use the dick ring.
