🕑 Added 2023-04-06 05:32:50 +0000 UTC How did I start doing yoga?πOne day my friend invited me to a yoga class, and I decided to try it. At first I was a little scared of all the poses and the calm atmosphere of the studio. But as the class went on, I started to feel more and more relaxed. The instructor was so patient and encouraging, and I found myself really enjoying the experience.
After that first class, I got hooked. I started taking yoga classes regularly and even started practicing at home. I loved how yoga made me feel both physically and mentally. It helped me relieve stress and feel more focused, and I noticed that my golf game was improving as well. Now yoga is my passion. I try to practice every day, even if it's just for a few minutes. I like to explore different poses and movements, and I am always amazed at how much more flexible and strong I have become. I am so grateful to my friend for introducing me to yoga, and I can't imagine my life without her. It has become a vital part of my daily self-care and I am looking forward to where this journey will take me nextπ
