Are you a morning or night person? Me, night π₯² But, Iβve been trying to be better about waking up earlier.
Not too long ago, I used to dread mornings. I would throw on the first thing I saw in my closet, grab a cup of coffee and run out the door to work. Although it might be hard to stick to a routine, I keep telling myself to make time for time on the mat every day. Some days are better than others.
Do not forget to take care of yourself. π§πΌββοΈ
