I have another Dr appointment today to talk about my hormones, and possibly get some help with these ups and downs I truly believe follow my hormone cycle. Iโve been looking into hormone replacement therapy, and a possible hysterectomy to help with this never ending depression circle jerk Iโve always experienced, but I have questions and will hopefully have more information today ๐
