When I watch foreign films, I always notice one thing - people walk around the house in street shoes. Is it true, is that the way you do it too?
In our country, people always take off their shoes at the entrance to the house. There is a special mat in front of the door for this, which you can not step past) and even if some thing is forgotten, and you have already put on street shoes, we take off our shoes or (in rare cases) go very carefully, on tiptoe, so as not to dirty the floor)
Also, all family members have slippers for the house, which we change into. And a few more pairs of slippers for the guests. Sometimes we can walk around the house barefoot or in socks. 🙃
