I have been doing fitness regularly for only 2 years... Before that, I started and quit many times. Now I understand why. I set goals for myself to lose weight and get pumped up and tried to follow the result, which was not fast. It seemed to me that my goal was unattainable. After a while, I realized that the main goal is health. Now my goal is the idea of going to the gym regularly for the rest of my life for the sake of my health. This is the only way I've been able to make training an integral part of life. And an even more beautiful body has become a pleasant bonus 😇
