Wrong place to post I guess but whatever, I’m desperate.
A few months ago I had an extremely large emotional trigger that caused my to open up and relive a bunch of childhood trauma. Add that on top of what my past relationship did to me, I haven’t been mentally stable or well for a good while now.
Everyday I try to sleep, I suffer and fight with nightmares the whole time - causing me to not get any good sleep, so I’m always tired.
Does anyone have any suggestions at all on how to make the nightmares stop? 😭 I just want to get some sleep.
