🕑 Added 2024-08-15 13:30:10 +0000 UTC While I was filming yesterday's video, I kept making mistakes during the intro, and I lost count as to which attempt this was. You can clearly tell how annoyed I was at the beginning 😬 (lmao), but if you keep watching, you'll slowly see me become more grounded. I didn't intend on making this it's own video, but I decided to keep the camera rolling and show you 'behind-the-scenes' while I processed the things that were getting to my head. Talking myself through moods like this has become my new hobby lol, and it has been extremely helpful in pushing through life's obstacles.Whenever you're feeling stuck, ask yourself what's truly holding you back, and be honest about it 🤔. You'll often find yourself making excuses, when in reality, it's usually your own mindset that keeps you from going where you need to be. And remember...no one can hold you back. You *choose* whether you *allow* them to.
